My apologies. I thought I'd seen him being her husband. I must've been mistaken. He's a POS, regardless if they were married or not.

It may usually be difficult to prosecute the crime of inciting a riot but in this case they have a video of Brown's stepfather urging people to "Burn the bitch down!" then after he uttered those words there was a riot where buildings were burnt down.

It could be argued that his words were a major contributing factor in causing the riot to occur at that time.

It would be a pathetic argument. They would have to prove that his words directly contributed to another crime. Considering the closest building that burnt was two miles away, this isn't going to happen.

Huh? Race baiting and race riots have been a part of our country since the days of the Founding Fathers. Race riots happened many, many times. Whole Black neighborhoods would be destroyed and murdered especially in the late-19th and early-20th centuries. Blacks don't trust the Police or the Justice system because they were and have been treated badly since the beginning. Just look up the Atlanta Compromise to see another example of how Blacks were treated post-Slavery.

What is there to investigate? He did it, charge him or don't but end this freaking drama. Sick of the people like cbc and tuba peddle out this incorrect story.

Well that is expected. I have seen too much in my life not to know B.S.
I have, by by NO luck of the draw been in the middle of riots in my high school in Charlotte. Nothing has changed and nothing will.

What to do? Who knows.....
Very sad

Should the idiot be charged for inciting to riot? Of course, he should. But outside of the grand jury's verdict, how many things have we seen or heard that make any sense?

Should Bob McCulloch send this case to the grand jury or should he bypass the grand jury and indict him outright?

Other examples are the Battle of Oxford of 1962, the Tulsa Race Riot of 1921, the Rosewood Massacre of 1923 and the Colfax Massacre of 1873. Race riots are as American as apple pie.

And don't forget the 1863 Draft riots(Civil War) which are considered the deadliest in this country's history. Even deadlier than the L.A. Riots.

You're ignorant. So you're saying the folks who lost their businesses and can no longer feed their families, are without stupid if they want the man who incited the riot to be arrested. Mmmm hhmm. Yup. You're ignorant.

Yup. CNN reported earlier this morning he "probably" wasn't going to be charged. They just want the whole thing to simma' down.

Maybe the business owners who had their shops burned to the ground should consider suing his arse in civil court. If that isn't inciting, I have no idea what inciting is in that case.

I am tired of this shallow fricking excuse. It is 2014! There is no one alive today that was forced to pick cotton under the threat of death or a bull whip!

There are many terrible things that happened during the civil rights movement as well, but that was 50 fricking years ago!

In talking to the Brown family atty, Bill O'Reilly asked him if he knew Head was a twice convicted drug dealer, with a 5 yr stretch in the pen on his resume. The atty professed to have no knowledge of this. O"Reilly then produced dates of both arrests & Head's incarceration.

Thanks for that info.

I've changed the title of this thread to reflect that fact.
