Seminole County has always been Democrat

It’s gotten more Democrat over the last decade but it is still red (technically). I grew up in Seminole and growing up it was always heavily Republican.

Downtown Orlando, Tampa and, especially, St Pete are blue.

Keep an eye on crist's district. Made especially for him and deep blue but the challenger is putting up a good fight. If she wins, could be red sweep.

The rest of Pinellas offset the St Pete Blues in 2016.

I’m noticing more support for Biden than Hillary, but much less than they had for Gillum.

I’m all in for Anna Paulina Luna. She actually has a shot this go around despite the social media sites refusing to give her a real platform. Her rallies have helped a ton. Seeing a lot of her signs in our area.

I didn't begin working in Power Generation, until 1992 at the Palatka Plant. I spent my first 17 years working on a line crew. I doubt I would have known him from the eighties.

I also did a little water testing as an operator/electrician and took the Buy Out in 2000. I was tired of the turmoil of ten years of restructuring.

They moth balled the Palatka Plant and finally tore it down about ten years ago.

I suspect that's what got your brother too.

I'm sure he knows Roxanne Kennedy, though. She is a friend of mine and became plant manager at Sanford, after she left the Palatka Plant.
Yeah he took the buy out then used the cash to purchase their used equipment, turned out to be a sweet deal for him. He doesn't do water testing though he does stack testing. It is amazing to me at 65 years old he still climbs 500 ft smoke stacks for a living. He has a few guys working for him now so I doubt he does much climbing anymore.

Did they retain the original twin red and white smoke stacks after they did the upgrades to Gas Turbines?

They were landmarks for many years. If so I'm glad they did.
