Mexican LE helps FBI capture US most wanted, our LE protects criminals from feds

What a time to be alive. FBI just captured a US criminal, in Mexico City with the help of the Mexicans, while our local law enforcement is freeing international criminals and then trying to protect them from our federal government.
It what world does this make sense....unless its a diversion from the 100 of billions in fraud...hmmmm
