Men have the constitutional right to pursue women

Men have the right to exercise their constitutional right to the pursuit of happiness which includes the right to pursue any woman they want to be with.
If the woman doesn't want to have any association with that man then she can exercise her constitutional rights of expression and association and tell the man she is not interested in having any association with him and for him to stop pursuing her.
IT'S NOT THAT COMPLICATED!

I guess you're right. But it never applied to me. I always found it more convenient to let women pursue me.

While I get what you're trying to say, framing it as a constitutional right sounds kinda cringy.

Who cares what it sounds like:
The 11th Amendment "All men have the right to chase and catch pussy.....in season."

It's a reciprocal right
It applies to both sexes equally, there is no problem here.

Even if it sounds "cringy" to you, it's still a constitutional right that men have.
