I think most people could look at the Carter Page FISA application in its entirety and still not understand it.
If Nunes only focuses on part of the application then the memo may not present the full picture.

Prior to the election of 2012, Rex made a couple of videos in support of Obama while wearing his dog costume and placing his dog on a table. He was generally inflammatory and surprisingly superficial saying things like "republicans hate the poor..." Wasn't nearly as humorous as it should have been. Some people made a gif and the one posted drives him nuts.
