VERY disappointing. I think the strongest evidence is that she canceled the criminal hearing to wisk the alien out of the courtroom while (she thought) that ICE was elsewhere.

This judge will rule that "judges are given wide latitude to manage their own docket; therefore, docket management cannot be considered part of an illegal scheme."
