The talking points are sent out and they run with them. Watching the news mashups where they all bark the same talking points in almost the identical phrasing is quite hilarious.

You know how you known it’s fake?
Because they leaked obstruction. That would not only kill the criminal case, but also clue the suspect in on the charge (he won’t obstruct anymore).
