Not if new information is brought forward that the radar was rigged and they cheated.
Somewhere in Louisiana, s of BR, one town had to offer refunds in over 2000 speeding tickets after an officer was caught in a scheme the town used to raise money.
All had been paid, so please tell us how you think pleas can't be reversed in SEVERAL ways, jackass.
And all records were expunged from the driving records if challenged by the drivers.

Someone help me out with the town this happened in..it's one of those between BR and NO....off of interstate iirc
