Read the post of who I was responding to. I even quoted what he said. The dude hates Israel, and thinks Zionism is a bad word. It is not.

Zi·on·ism
/'zi??niz?m/

a movement for (originally) the re-establishment and (now) the development and protection of a Jewish nation in what is now Israel. It was established as a political organization in 1897 under Theodor Herzl, and was later led by Chaim Weizmann.

You obviously didn't do this since you came away thinking that he hates Israel. He criticized Bill for putting Israel before America and Bill's obsession with everything Zionist.

Ps. frick everyone American that puts Israel's (or any other country's) interest before our own.

Damn, I reread his post and came to the conclusion that I've had too much to drink during today's family festivities.

Thank you for pointing it out, and I apologize to you and SC.....I shall not edit any of my posts, as I always admit my "oops's" and move forward.

Although as an American Catholic, I steadfastly support Israel as an ally.

Same reason as John Kasich and George Will. Despite making promises to the voters for 20-30 years, the GOP have never really been conservatives.

Trump comes along and actually talks about and does some of the things his voters want him to do.

The GOP establishment are just like the old Union workers. Hating the new guy who shows up and starts doing actual work, it makes the rest of them look bad.

The issue is to pursue the best interests of the USA while at the same time supporting Israel, the nation-state. It's complicated and sometimes people will argue about whether one particular US policy benefits Israel more than the USA.

It is supposed to be an honest debate, but, if bias and prejudice can cloud an individual's arguments, then that is going to prevent honest debate and conversation.

People can be overly biased in favor of Israel as well as the converse. There ARE people here in the USA who would place Israel's best interests ahead of US national interest. I don't agree with them.

I support Israel's existence as a country. I support their self-sovereignty and think "to the victor go the spoils" so they can do pretty much whatever they want with land they've won by conquest. I support the US having friendly trade relations and the sharing of intelligence and military hardware/training.

There shouldn't be a single fricking boot on the ground in the Middle East to back them up. We should not be antagonizing Iran just because Israel and Iran are at war. We should not be playing patty-cake with KSA just because Israel and Iran are at war. We should not be in Syria just because Israel and Iran are at war.

It's absurd to me that we allow dual-citizens to hold public office without renouncing their competing citizenship first.

There are SO many reasons to despise Bill Kristol. It’s a shame we can’t get past the lowest hanging fruit ( Israel ) to explore the depths of our loathing.

And 25% of all donations in 2016 to the Republicans came from Jews. It would appear that part of the Jewish ethic in America involves making political donations. These are, after all US citizens. Only with Jews is this presented as a problem. It certainly doesn’t magically preclude Catholics or Protestants from making similar donations . More power to them for putting their money where their mouth is.

I know a LOT of Jews. I don’t know a dual citizen. I suppose I would if I lived in NYC around Orthodox Jews. I shouldn’t have to tell you why calling a loyal American an Israeli loyalist just because he’s Jewish is a slur.

Of course it effects our foreign policy . I also think Cultural Marxism is inexorably tied to Jewish Leftists. And NOBODY hates International Leftism more than your Uncle Pimp. I understand the world clearly . My beef is the whole dual loyalty canard applied to not only any pro - Israeli Jew but to any pro- Israeli American.

I am strongly pro Israeli. I am also strongly pro Anglo countries, pro- Japan etc. I have an affinity for these countries and support them. I do not have dual loyalties. And nobody would ever accuse me of having a dual loyalty to Ireland or Japan, but I get told that here every time I defend Israel . It is the talk of Simpletons and worse.

Thank you Pimp. You have articulated my position that I failed to do. Too many crawfish and a couple too many beers. Your post is spot on with my world view and sentiments.

You can always vote for Biden and his pro-“ Palestine “ party, Fox. You definitely should. I’m riding with that uber Pro- Israel President Donald J Trump.

That’s because they are too busy indoctrinating their children with cartoons saying that Jews are not human and less than pigs, and launching rockets into Israel.

My paternal grandfather was a Polish Jew who converted to Christianity. My father was thusly raised as a Methodist. I was raised as a Catholic and attended St Thomas More and was them educated by the Episcopalians . I then married a Buddhist.

It’s sad that you would assume the 19% of my blood that is genetically Ashkenazi somehow controls my thought in some way rather than discuss Israel on its MERITS. Every time I do that you say “ but you’re a Jew”. It’ s like talking to an angry child. Nobody ever says my thoughts on The Troubles are due to Magic Irish or English blood that flows through my veins. But with you and so many other simpletons, it always comes down to this dishonesty about “ dual
Loyalties”. It’s ridiculous.

And yet here you are doing it again. Shameful stuff bro.
