What is ludicrous is "assualt" rifle stupidity.

Do you know of any gun control that has reduced crime? If so please list.

I think it's just people are scared of rifles that have burst fire and are able to kill more targets in a shorter amount of time. That's really all it is.

Youve never used burst mode? Lol. Ok.

Bonus content for those that think "assault rifle" is a retarded term.

An assault rifle is a rifle that uses an intermediate cartridge, a detachable magazine, and can switch between semiautomatic/fully automatic fire. Assault rifles are currently the standard service rifles in most modern armies.

By strict definition, a firearm must have the following characteristics to be considered an assault rifle:[1][2][3]

It must be an individual weapon;
It must be capable of selective fire, which means it has the capacity to switch between semiautomatic and burst/fully automatic fire;[4]
It must have an intermediate-power cartridge: more power than a pistol but less than a standard rifle or battle rifle;
Its ammunition must be supplied from a detachable box magazine;
It should have an effective range of at least 300 metres (330 yards).

Where can I buy an AR 15 with this capability? By your own definition it is not an assault rifle.

We all await your response.

Your question is rather inconvenient because we all know the answer. It's legal to own a weapon with Burst Mode as long as it's registered as a class 3 firearm and the taxes involved are paid.

I guess we aren’t going to get a response as to where to buy an AR 15 with semi auto/ full auto capabilities.

so people are scared of a rifle that hasn't been used in any mass shooting in recent history?

a rifle that in which the owner must submit fingerprints, photo id, pass an extensive background check, be fully registered with the atf, and pay a tax on

oh yeah, and the rifle will cost around $10k, minimum

Yeah, there’s so many Class 3 licenses out there. GTFO with this shite. The definition of the assault rifle that you quoted does not match the definition that all of you libtards are spouting off as weapons that should be banned.

I'm just answering questions as they come up. I'm not against an AR-15. I don't really understand the need for anyone to own an AK-47 however.

Honestly people just see rifles and they get scared. If it has a clip on it people think it's a deadly machine gun capable of mowing lots of people down. I'm not saying what I think I'm just Bridging the Gap in understanding here between two parties.

I don't really understand why someone needs an AK-47 but AR-15s are okay in my book. I will agree with you though that these mass shootings have nothing to do with the Banning of weapons. Or at least they shouldn't. I think what we need to do is have better funding on Mental Health. It's going to be really hard for Republicans but they're going to have to pick and choose. The party of"its not my problem" he's going to have to help out on this one I'm afraid
