Specifically is there any more video of the fight or the actions prior to the last few minutes of this guys life?

If there is, it's from cameras at the Moore Medical Center.

I mean it is reasonable to suspect that the guy was driving the car. No harm, no foul.

So now that you have lost this debate all you can do is resort to talking about a horse of a different color.

That would be idiotic of them since most violent domestic disputes are the result of the larger and stronger man hitting the smaller and weaker woman.

It's been posted repeatedly, they knew the woman was the aggressor.

Yet, she's free and filming while they "subdue" him.

He died after having an X-ray at the medical center. And yes, he was breathing when he had the CT scan.

The question mentioned the last few minutes of the man's life.

Lost what debate?

You stated that it was reasonable for these thugs to assault an innocent man because men are more likely to be the abuser.

Why isn't it reasonable to open fire on a vehicle if you think it is being driven by a cop killer, right? I mean the cops could've been in danger and actually investigating first is just too much of a hassle.

Same with this story. Politely finding out what is going on and who was actually at fault is just too much of a hassle for those guys. Tackling, and killing, the person they thought was at fault just makes more sense. Cops shouldn't be held accountable for making blatantly wrong decisions.

Then the cause of death is not suffocation.

If he was breathing in the hospital then his O2 supply was not being inhibited and he could have easily been intubated and given 100% FIO2 with mechanical ventilation even if his ribs were broken and he could not inhale on his own.

I appreciate your response and I withdraw my comment.

Why are so many posters and the lawyer saying he may have been dead when he was cuffed then? clearly not the case.

He was resuscitated at least twice. We really need the autopsy results.

I see, so 'presumption of innocence' is idiotic now.

Got it.

Yep. It is much easier just to assume everyone is guilty.

No police work needed. Violence settles everything. Especially considering that fighting back, even when you are completely innocent, would give the thugs an upper hand to destroy your life even more.

The presumption is that the police knew someone was violent so they approached the man to talk to him about what happened and asked for his ID. Then the man refused to show his ID so the cops had to use reasonable and necessary physical force (he was a large man) to restrain and detain him.

The presumption was that the physical force used would not result in his death.

Shooting him to restrain and detain him would be unreasonable and unnecessary physical force because the presumption is it would most likely result in the man being seriously injured or even killed.

However, you schmucks can go ahead and continue your moronic left wing nonsense that these cops are murderers but you are not going to convince me.

It is amazing how quickly reality turns toward extreme exaggeration in these threads. The simple truth is that we don't know what happened yet and have only one side of the story. Perhaps the officers showed up and asked the wife for ID and the husband became irrate and attacked them. Perhaps the officers were all aliens from another planet sent here to hassel people in movie theater parking lots. The truth is we simply don't know at this point and I am sure you know what happens when we assume.

So there is no video of events prior to him being face down on the ground and being restrained by 5 officers?
