No they did not. They just said they were not going to hear the Indiana case. Apparently Indiana law allows schools to force vaccinate to attend.

Louisiana law has provisions to get waivers. Seems some states are freer than others.

I’m gonna offer you a free shot or two. The people who made it

A) have no legal liability for their product
B) want to decrease the global population
C) rushed it out in less than a year
D) if you don’t take it you’re still almost certain to survive the illness if you get it

You’re in right. It’s free. It’s safe. It will make you immortal. If you don’t listen I’m gonna have to force you so really youd better do what I ask. I swear you’re safe. There’s nothing in it for you but we gotta make money please I’m begging you

You did not. You could have chosen to get a waiver. But IMO getting a tetanus shot is smart.

Massive difference. mRNA vaccine and tetanus are two totally different types of vaccines. First of all COVID is caused by a virus and tetanus is caused by a bacteria. Forget it, you do the research.

Louisiana RS 17:170 Sections E & F cover this

Section E. says you can get out of it with a written dissent waiver. However, I expect they're using Section F to call it an outbreak and will use that authority to keep people off campus even with a waiver. I don't think them using Section F is factually correct - the vaccine does not prevent outbreaks - but I'm guessing that's the authority they're going to use until someone sues it out of them.

quote:

E. No person seeking to enter any school or facility enumerated in Subsection A of this Section shall be required to comply with the provisions of this Section if the student or his parent or guardian submits either a written statement from a physician stating that the procedure is contraindicated for medical reasons, or a written dissent from the student or his parent or guardian is presented.

quote:

F. In the event of an outbreak of a vaccine-preventable disease at the location of an educational institution or facility enumerated in Subsection A of this Section, the administrators of that institution or facility are empowered, upon the recommendation of the office of public health, to exclude from attendance unimmunized students and clients until the appropriate disease incubation period has expired or the unimmunized person presents evidence of immunization.
