I love how these people believe that mocking and harassing their political opponents is a way to spread tolerance and love. More significantly, I like how they believe that kind of behavior is convincing anyone, or winning elections. If anything, it's showing people who they really are.

If you have legitimate criticisms bring them forth in a rational manner and people will hear you
Screaming at people in public and harassing them will just make you look stupid

Stole it from various professors in law school. My first year in practice, I was arguing in CDC against this woman who was all over the map in her argument. It was going bad for her. She said something that was factually wrong and I started to stand to correct her and this saying popped in my head. I stayed seated, she kept digging.

These people have never been about “tolerance and love”. That was always just a gimmick to gain sympathy, ergo votes.

My favorite part about it- is that it so insane and attention grabbing.
These people have so little self awareness that they don't realize that standing outside someone's house with a sign that says "child snatcher" or throwing them out of restaurants, or whatever rude unhinged behavior DOES in fact draw attention.
Attention to how wacked out, completely unamerican, and plain out totalitarian and shrill they are. NOBODY with any sense of decency wants to be associated with that kind of behavior.
I say. Bring it. I'm glad that Sanders, Neilson with a J, and the others who are facing that crap are willing to take those bombs for the rest of us. Makes me proud everyday that I voted to MAGA.

This tactic actually worked out in my favor about a year ago when I needed to get rid of a problem employee.
We had a private meeting with him and our client over some things that were going on and he just kept talking until he talked himself out of a job.
