Like some little thing like illegality ever caused a Dem to even hesitate much less stop.

After reading the thread and having a much longer post, I can simply my reasoning.

I wouldn't vote for Jones because I think he might be a total dirtbag.

I also wouldn't vote for Moore because I know he's a total dirtbag (note - I'm not even bothering with his recent troubles).

Moore is a horrible attorney and the epitome of an activist judge and republicans are fine with his crap because he has a R next to his name.

This came from a former JUDGE!!! That nonsense should scare both republicans AND democrats (granted for different reasons but the point still stands).
