You may want to tackle tort reform first. My guess is that lawyers are going to drain funding with countless lawsuits. When your voucher is $0.00, then what? I have stated the biggest issues as they relate to finance, school culture (discipline), and most importantly...academic progress. Perhaps someone IN the field should actually be consulted. At this point, this topic is the equivalent to the insurance company overruling your doctor. Its like ObamaEd...no thanks.
