I've said for a week or so now that you can tell that there are people in Hollywood taking advantage of the situation to go after people they don't like

There's that angle, and then there's the angle that I believe, and it's that Hollywood is so full of money and power and bizarre and insane individuals living in a lavish excessive bubble that there's stories like this about probably 90% of Hollywood. It's just finally being exposed on a massive scale. Maybe it'll cause a course correction in showbiz, but I doubt it.
What's more likely, and I said this the day the Weinstein stuff came out, people are going to start throwing out accusations like crazy now and it'll serve to muddy the waters and you'll end up with actual victims being tossed aside because of how ridiculous some stories are.
They'll saturate the new media, toss out a sacrificial lamb or two, and then when it blows over they'll just go back to their ways.
