You have to question how much of this affects UK’s politics, illegal immigration, and especially with the Crown and it’s outrageous wealth tied up in overseas interests, the King’s power as well. That man is unscrupulous, mean, and IMO both unreliable and morally corrupt. I personally think the UK is filthy dirty and has long been a very powerful player in manipulating the US and other nations as our own elite ruling class. In hindsight, we should have most probably kept our distance.
It’s why pulling out of NATO could very well prove to be the greatest move ever to a reset the order of things in this world.

In May 2024, the UK’s deputy foreign secretary stated that, according to some estimates, 40% of global money laundering flows through the City of London and UK Crown Dependencies(The Guardian, May 2024). The comment reignited scrutiny of London’s role in global financial crime. Separately, the London Assembly has acknowledged concerns that the capital has become a “money-laundering haven,” citing factors such as golden visa schemes and weaknesses in oversight. Transparency International estimates referenced in the same press release highlight that at least £1.1 billion worth of London property is owned by individuals tied to money laundering concerns. While the precise global percentage may be debated, the broader conclusion is consistent across sources: London is a critical node in global illicit finance networks. For compliance teams, the key question is not whether the percentage is exactly 40%. The key issue is why London consistently appears at the centre of high-profile laundering cases.

It’s pretty much an open secret. Most of the city is owned by Russians and middle eastern royalty with terrible human rights records.
It’s pretty apparent most of the property taxes collected comes from sanctioned individuals that are allowed to hide behind business entities to feign legitimacy and keep from embarrassing their government.
