I don't think that's possible. Either way, I don't like the idea of one person or a panel of a few people denying someone's rights based on opinions. Look at the states that have may issue for carrying. Some of the dickbag sheriffs in those states have plainly stated that they won't sign of on permits for anyone. frick that.

You think laws can't be amended later? It's a lot easier than passing new ones and if you've paid attention you'd know Deerpark, IL just had their AWB upendedby a judge, an AWB they used an amenment process to skirt state law. There's no such thing as idiot proof.
