I think the left is going to be incredibly pissed at Maher over this for 2 reasons:

1) For giving him the single largest political forum in the country (you can bet your arse every single political pundit in the country watches his show on a weekly basis, save for Sean Hannity).

2) I don't think Bill will be as vicious towards him as people were wanting. Milo is there to speak about political correctness on college campuses, something Maher 100% agrees with Milo. They also share views on Islam. Bill was also banned from Berkley's campus, which still pisses him off to this day. Bill might get into Steve Bannon with him, but I think that's as far as they will go off that topic.

But it will be fantastic television. I'm betting at least 3 audience members are tossed out during it.

Also it's dumb because Milo and Bill have been openly talking about him appearing on the show for the past few weeks. Shouldn't he have known Milo was going to likely be on the program? They've been both actively advertising them meeting in person for a while. Either your panel was going to get him or next week's was. They always said it would be before the end of the month.

He has no excuse and hope he joins Bill's banned list.

That dude was about to be owned, and just fell on his sword...that's the translation if you really want it.

They found his replacement, and it sadly isn't Ben Shapiro:

Maher fricked up. Milo will make Maher look like an ignorant arse if Maher tries to cross him.

Like you said, they will both agree on certain things so it's a WIN/WIN for MILO.

Will be interesting seeing two huge egos clash

How did he frick up? He's bringing him on to discuss an issue they both heavily agree with: political correctness on college campuses. He's on Milo's side with this. Maher was also banned from Berkley.

Sure he's probably going to ask him about Steve Bannon towards the end of the interview, but I don't see how this is a frick up on Maher's part. Maher will be the hardest person that Milo has come up against in a media setting. Maher knows how to debate and is totally unappologetic like Milo is. Maher has gone up against Christopher Hitchens (probably the greatest debater of all time) and helped groom Kellyanne Conway and Ann Coulter, so I don't think Milo is going to rattle him.

But he'll mostly be on his side during this. I honestly think it will be more like Maher discussing this with Sam Harris and not all that confrontational.

This guy is a wimp. He's just pissed that Maher is giving him the biggest political platform in the country to tell the truth about PC college culture. I doubt Milo is going to say shite about trannies. I think he's going to want to sell himself as being funny and reasonable. He's just going to go after the snowflakes on college campuses as a whole, and that's it.

And Maher has always prized his show as being a free speech forum for anyone to come on. For fricks sake, Rick Santorum is a regular. But he is protective when his conservative guests come on, and tends to ban any liberal guest who really frick with the free speech forum he's created. No way in hell will Jim Jefferies be allowed back on after that performance last week. You can't just tell another panelist to literally frick off on his show.

I didn't watch last week but I saw a clip of Jefferies and that was one of, if not, the worst meltdowns I've ever seen. That guy literally turned into a bratty 12-year-old on live television because he got his feelings hurt by Piers Morgan

His views on Islam. He was supposed to make a commencement speech, but after a protest they said he wasn't welcomed on campus. Maher did not take that kindly, especially when his friend and hero (she really is such) Ayaan Hirsi Ali was also banned.

That event certainly peaked Maher's interest and knew he was a must have guest. He's been talking about having him on for weeks. I guarantee this interview will be very cordial.

Jesus Christ, I never knew that. Don't really follow Maher and only hear his worst. They will definitely hit it off on that topic.
Thanks for the info

And what kind of an argument is "frick off" and repeatably screaming "Hitler"? It's not an argument, it's name calling. Maher was trying to engage with Piers, but Jeffries just took it over. No fricking way will Bill allow him back on the show, especially since Piers isn't all that controversial of a guest. Imagine if Ann Coulter was there, who is on his show at least twice a year.

He's not going to put up with that kind of bullshite, or he won't get anymore conservative guests. That is how a 13 year old reacts, not someone on a powerful political forum. He even repeatably flipped him off. What a child. Piers looked really good coming out of that show.

Jeremy Scahill is afraid of getting his arse handed to him in a debate with Milo.
