I specified there are some resident posters who will have difficulty wrapping their heads around a condemnation of a Muslim attack by a Muslim.
Unless the mayor makes it a point to say they were Muslims, he is not condemning a “Muslim attack”. He is simply condemning an attack on 2 women. What kind of mayor wouldn’t condemn that?
No points awarded

Undoubtedly, if it was Muslims, his position would be that it was not an attack based on his religion, but an attack by perpetrators who happened to be Muslim. So, yeah, he wouldn't be likely to make Islam as a whole own the attack.
The point is that, if it was Muslims, he didn't just brush this off because it didn't fit a convenient narrative for him. Like I said, quite the conundrum for some posters.

It became a huge news story, the mayor of the city couldn’t ignore it, he had to comment on it. Of course there is only one way to respond, he has to condemn it.
IF it was muslim teens who did it, and the media and mayor never mentions it was Muslims (which neither has), then the posters you are talking about will be proven right.

Yeah but its the new modern norm for London so Sadiq has already excused his fellow extremists

No one is questioning that the media has a tendency to withhold such descriptions in these instances. Not an argument I'm making.

Which still presents the conundrum I've referred to.

Did the muzzie mayor condemn violence against gays or muzzie violence against gays?

No it doesn’t

Sure it does. And it's in line with other pro-gay tweets he's made that we're not "required" due to media scrutiny. That in itself is another conundrum for those posters.

Addressed a few posts up.

So he just condemned violence in general.
He hasn’t specifically condemned domestic Islamic terrorists?
He has in the past specifically defended Islamic attacks as being “part and parcel”.
Not trying to be obtuse, but I don’t see a “conundrum” as you call it.

That’s because there is no “conundrum” there. He is either too dumb to see that are just refuses to admit he is wrong.

Exactly. The mayor has to comment on it, but he'll do it in the softest way possible if the perps are of the immigrant or muslim variety.
