Also not responded to is the middle class enjoyed the largest cut by percentage. We will never agree on this. Far left wingers like him believe that all income is the governments and they allow us to keep some. He said allowing the rich to keep more of their income was the biggest handout in history.

Taxes rising to the highest level is expected because the economy grows every year and inflation occurs.

But in the year after the tax cut, federal revenue actually dropped so I'm not sure where you're getting that taxes rose to the highest level.

In both absolute revenue and percentage of GDP, tax revenue dropped in the year after the tax bill. And tax revenue as a percentage of GDP only began rising after Biden was elected.

In fact, tax revenue is now $4.9 trillion. Under Trump, it didn't increase at all (from 3.99 trillion before the tax cut to 4 trillion so tax revenue didn't rise much).

But when you point this out to people like you, there's crickets. Tax revenue rises year on year bearing economic disaster but tax revenue dropped in the year after the tax cut and only rose by $10 billion two years after the tax cut (which is actually a big drop in tax revenue when you account for inflation).

So crickets.
