The comment wasnt about real Trump voters
It was about those that start off every criticism of Trump with "I voted for Trump 3x, but . . . . ". If you look at their post history they voted for Obama, Ralph Nader, Clinton, Perot, Bernie, etc, and are strong supporters of Massie, Rand, MTG, Tucker, Candace, etc, but want you to believe they had a massive change of heart and are became MAGA and Trump supporters!!
