I wrote them as well....not that they give a shite. The local Ace dealers are the ones that will feel the impact more than Ace Corporate. In the last six weeks, I spent $1,100 on new Stihl equipment purchased at my local Ace. I won’t go back for the other stuff I need.

David Hogg and his liberal Broward County revolutionaries aren't Ace Hardware customers, so this was truly Ace trying to feel good about themselves.

I’ll just go to my local tractor store and get the other Stihl stuff I need.

Ace Hardware is the only one of those that I ever go to. We have a couple of other hardware stores much closer and I only go their when I have to. But next time I am in the area, I am going to tell them in person that I think they should push back against their corporate decision. Let them know they are hurting your business.

Have they actually said it was because of the Hogg thing?

They only had two adverts in March. Isn't it possible they were thinking of pulling off anyway because maybe they weren't seeing enough of a bump?
