Trump isn't a conservative but he's been more of one than any President since Reagan

This Google issue could be Trump's biggest issue.

Imo it's the most important one going forward and The Plan can't happen until Google is addressed

More power to him. I think he’s absolutely going to cash the frick in in a variety of ways when he’s no longer in office

He’s been a pass-through entity for conservative orthodoxy

The first President to accept gay marriage upon being sworn in, hasn't nominated a Justice to go after Roe, record high employment numbers for minorities, etc. It makes the hysteria all the more fricking nuts when you really think about it

I hope you have more than that for his conservative bona fides

I’m not begrudging the man. He just likes to make money for the sake of making money. I don’t think a television channel is far-fetched. Get some of the hanger-on sycophants and give them each an hour to rant and rave while selling ad time to gold exchanges and doomsday peepers? National security Hour with Sebastian Gorka from Trump Studios presenter by Patriot Gold Bars. shite like that would bring him money for a long time

He loves the rallies. Promoters charge 50 to get in and pay him $250k to show up and rant about whatever he wants

He’s got a real, actual fan base that will follow him when he leaves office

So are most emotional issues that women and people like you vote for

That's the point- and he isn't even against those things

Are you bored or do you really think the hysteria is justified? I'd love to see you explain

No, but that's what FB and Google are trying to bring to America.

Now, if Facebook and Twitter begin promoting only progressive content and silencing conservative speech then they are no longer open platforms and they are closer to content publishers and thus they have made a choice as a company to open themselves up to all of the regulation and consequences that come with that.

Maybe this is what Trump will look at. He could threaten to label them as content publishers if they don’t reform their platform to include more balance in the news they promote

Hysteria about what? That he's not a conservative? That's what I've been talking about in this thread.

And no, I don't think he's a true, principled conservative. I think he's an opportunist who latched on to a movement and has co-opted it to fit his own ambition. He's done a masterful job at doing it, but I don't think he could articulate 5 "conservative" ideals.

I’m predicting this is how 45 gets his Nobel Prize

Damn....what a disastrous look for the Republican Party. The leader of your party hates the results on GOOGLE when he types in Trump News

That’s dip-shattery at work.

Well you’re certainly no conservative if you don’t believe in the free market and survival of the fittest. What’s stopping someone else from providing a better service than google? It’s not like google has always been the go to search engine. It wasn’t that long ago that yahoo was #1

I said he wasn't a conservative

My point was that him a.) not really being a conservative(cutting spending big time) and b.) being socially moderate makes the whole hysteria thing all the more ridiculous

Even without being a true conservative, he's done more conservative things in office of any president in our lifetime.
