Gov: Wags. Will vote landry if it’s him and Shawn in the run off
Lt Gov: Nungesser again
Sos: Trosclair but landry would be a good choice too
AG: Maley but Murrill will probably win
Treas: Fleming
Sen: Owen
Rep: Glorioso Mary hasn’t done much to warrant another term
Judges: Frieman based on experience
Zellar based on her experience in higher positions under other judges
Sheriff: Williams
Clerk: Brewster
Parish Pres: Cromer

Trosclair

As Secretary of State candidates go, he’s probably the best grocer.

Agreed on all of these, with the exception of Henry for Clerk.

Alan Black for Division A, Zeller for B and Brewster for Clerk. Frieman would have been much better served staying in the legislature. I prefer Alan Black’s long history as a respected attorney and ad hoc judge and commissioner on the Northshore. I was turned off by Frieman’s comment to the Times Picayune that he was going to run for re-election as a State Rep but heard a judgeship was opening up so he talked to some judges to “see what the job entails”. That didn’t sit right with me.

Zeller and Brewster are also very clear picks.

Tomorrow will be interesting!

Frieman is the conservative jurist in that race.

It seems the entire Republican establishment is backing Frieman which kind of bothers me. Will the world fall apart if we voted for Alan Black? Anybody know anything about Alan Black?

Anybody know anything about Zeller and Casey Allen?

I am really in an anti-republican establishment mood but I don't want anybody with even a whiff of left about them.
