Hearing went until the wee hours of the morning….Definitely a few fireworks, but nowhere near as bad as last week.

Politics aside…I thought Senator Kleinpeter did a hell of a job running that committee…..Kept things moving…. let everyone speak… and stayed pretty even keel the whole time…. couldn’t have been easy with that crowd for 8+ hours straight.

Thanks for the update.

quote:

“This 5-1 map is a political power grab,” Sen. Sam Jenkins, D-Shreveport, said.

lulz yet I'm sure he was mum about VA.

Yeah…listened to it as long as I could stand it…had to take some breaks…some of the hot air from the political hacks was too much to take.

Also, related to the crowd and public testimony…turns out that ole Billy Currington country song is prophetic…”God is great, beer is good….and people are crazy.”
