Not worth rehashing, but if I am making up legal theories because I'm anti-Trump than so were Thomas, Kavanaugh, etc. It's a stupid accusation.

There is only one side characterizing the other as an existential threat to their actual lives by saying they are Nazis, fascists, racist, homophobes, xenophobes, transphobes, and that they actually want them dead. We on the right will and justifiably categorize those on the left as mentally unstable, because they are.
We also, when we get radicalized, do not loot, burn, murder, etc. etc. We gather and pray to God almighty.
