It will take days, maybe weeks, with that wall of Jerkey distracting.

From whence shall we expect the approach of danger? Shall some trans-Atlantic military giant step the earth and crush us at a blow? Never. All the armies of Europe, Asia, and Africa could not by force take a drink from the Ohio River or make a track on the Blue Ridge in the trial of a thousand years. No, if destruction be our lot we must ourselves be its author and finisher. As a nation of free men, we will live forever or die by suicide.
Lincoln’s statement highlights how the greatest threat to America is the nation itself through death by suicide.
The Gospel truth!

“It’s really serious. There are three great crises before this: the Civil War, the Depression, and World War II. This is equal to it,” he said on Monday’s episode when asked about the direction the United States was headed.
It’s interesting that there are people on both sides of this “conflict” who agree with the premise that it’s a serious problem, but cannot concretely name what the problem actually is.
Some on the right seem to get it, but I have yet to hear any left leaning person truly understand and articulate what the problem is. It’s actually remarkable.
They’ll talk about the great reset, or about systemic change, or a dozen individual controversies that they have drummed up in the past few years (lgbtq, police brutality, trans rights, no more borders, suppression of “hate speech”, all things p/c, abortion til the point of natural birth, climate nazism, virtue signaling all over them selves and down their leg, etc.) but then not have a clue as to why free thinkers might not want to go along for the ride.
Hey, Mr. Burns, name the thing that is causing you to feel so much discord with “the other side”.
Because the conservatives know what to call it. We know that it’s cultural Marxism that we are opposing.
