It was him, his sister and his mom. Dad must be overseas in the military or something.

They are doing the typical playbook, failing to mention he shot at the cops - using his cute elementary picture. It’s amazing how right in cue this is.

You hate to see it, but widespread civil unrest and new pleas to DEFUND THE COPS will ring out from sea to shining sea.

Anyway you look at it this use of excessive force by the police doesn't occur in a vacuum, even if there may have been justification for the use of deadly force. There will be a serious outcry as a result.

Oh, and your reply adds nothing useful to the discussion and is totally uncalled for.

So, it's excessive after what-- 10 shots?

Give us the number, little lady.

So, in your mind, if a suspect is running and shooting at cops, how many shots are excessive?

Follow up questions:

Do you shoot until the shooting stops?

Do you shoot until the suspect stops moving?

Does a suspect get a certain number of shots before getting shot?

So if a perp is firing at officers.. what is your step by step protocol?

If you can write it. What is your rule when a perp is firing on cops? Let’s see it.

When you fire at Police , "excessive force" ceases to exist.

Every bullet, every ounce of blood that pours out of your body is something you asked for.

There's nothing on CNN's website about it. There's dozens of stories but not this one.

Checked MSNBC website, also nothing.

Good luck getting an answer from that guy. As a former LEO, the answer is "until the threat is eliminated." So 1 or 60 is fine in my book. I wasn't there.
