This assumes there aren’t a ton of reversible errors for it once it hits appeal.

I wonder if this emergency meeting us going to discuss the egregious errors by Judge Jackson, as well as her abuse of Stone's pretrial 1st Amendment rights.

This is one the dumbest and most pointless displays of #resist I've ever seen.

Can't wait for Hank to applaud the FJA for their quick reaction to such a grave scenario as the AG interfering with a DOJ decision.

The entire concept that is represented by this arrangement of words is laughable.

It is.

However, also bear in mind that we just had a president impeached for interfering in foreign policy. Something equally absurd.

Let them sentence him to life in prison.

Trump just pardons him. Deep state can go frick themselves for trying to intimidate a sitting president and half the country.

What are they going to do to retaliate other than what they have been doing?

Trump is now untouchable after the impeachment debacle. He needs to go on the offensive and start dropping shite on these demoncrat scumbags.

Just going to re-quote myself because AggieHank is a hack...

quote:

Apart from a good theoretical conversation, I'm not even sure what the personal/political interference could be...

1) There are rapists, murderers, and child molesters that don't spend 7 years in prison... and the DOJ is STILL recommending prison time.

2) The Prosecutors LIED to the DOJ about what they were going to recommend for sentencing: Fox New link

Pull quote:
quote:

“The Department was shocked to see the sentencing recommendation in the filing in the Stone case last night,” the official told Fox News. “The sentencing recommendation was not what had been briefed to the Department.”

The department is now expected to scale that back.

“The Department finds seven to nine years extreme, excessive and grossly disproportionate to Mr. Stone’s offenses,” the source told Fox News, adding that the DOJ will clarify its position on sentencing later Tuesday.

3) James Wolfe, head of security for the Senate Intelligence Committee, leaked classified and confidential info to the New York Times Reporterette he was banging... then during the investigation, lied to the FBI on 3 different occasions, and received TWO MONTHS in jail.

Please tell me again how a Trump tweet is such a travesty of justice.

HYPO: Obama is POTUS. Eric Holder's home was raided @ dawn for some convoluted process crime. And the case dragged out for years, the judge silenced Eric Holder, and then he is sentenced for 9 years as a non democrat skates from this very charge.

Obama would sure as a baby suckin on a mama's titty speak out.
Bad example since Holde was AG. Replace Holder in your example with Valerie Jarrett.

Why would a member of the Judicial Branch be concerned about the actions of the Executive Branch and its handling of its duties in the case.

Are the Judges going to Impeach 45?
