Unfortunately when the Dems had a hold of the state house and senate they did pass a law for masking in schools.

Although the house now favors the GOP, the state senate still has a slight majority for the communists.

Only thing I can think of is if the Governor or mayor declared an emergency. But if a mayor had I believe the governor would override the declaration To me that is the only way this thing stays.

I know there have been a few injunctions to limit government power, but it seems like there are more to try and preserve it.

I never knew how corrupted or judicial system was until the last couple years.
