Yes and yes. Pharma has only one intent. To get life long customers and not heal anyone. Between Big Pharma and Big Food we have a revolving door of corruption at the FDA where profits for industry are prioritized over the health of the nation. This is not debatable. Look at the health of Europeans compared to US Citizens. Then look at what additives and preservatives are allowed in both food sources!

Secondly judges are not supposed to be legislating from the bench. Lawfare and judge shopping has made our judiciary a joke!
