Judges are supposed to interpret the law impartially and unbiasedly, subsequently upholding the Constitution. Once you fail to do that, you should be removed from your seat.
Court/ the Law has no place for "activism" which inherently breeds and invites personal bias/emotion. It no longer can even remotely be seen as impartial.

Impeach him. I would have no problem with that. I might question whether there was a "high crime or misdemeanor," but impeachment is (honestly) a political process more than a judicial one. When you get down to brass tacks and practicality, a large-enough majority can impeach anyone they want ... for any reason that they want.
