It has a few tweaks, but on the whole it's the closest America has come to doing HealthCare right...just wish those republicans would stop crying and actually help fix the tweaks in Obamacare

"Tweaks?" Fundamental change of consumer/provider relationships, i.e. forcing people to buy a good or service for simply being alive does not fall into the category of "tweak."
