Harvard's Kennedy School is one of the biggest scams in "education". If you are invited....it has nothing to do with grades, and you show up, even periodically, you are getting a degree.
When I worked in NYC, we knew of a local politician that got the Master's in Public Policy. The guy could not even tell you what courses he took.....or how to get to Cambridge, MA.
