It was like 25 people. There is a video of him "walking to the podium" on twitter. It's just him walking down stairs and through the grass. I guess to show how strong and virile he is or something.

He is so managed/controlled it's frightening.
This is very common actually. Its called a stump speech, filled with focus grouped and polled cliches.
And its why people like Trump rallies so darn much.
