I hate him but it was a nice look for him to pick up the toy the kid whose dad was the cop that died when the kid dropped it. He also is slurring his words really bad

Don't know the scenario here - but I'd be willing to bet that if this was anything that tried to demonstrate Biden had any degree of situational awareness, it was definitely staged.
