Just because it is more acceptable doesn't mean that there are any less young women still making that choice for that reason.
Even though young girls less frequently "move in with their aunt" to hide a pregnancy, it doesn't make it any less hard. People around them are still judgmental even if they aren't as vocal as they once were. I don't see the stigma of being a teen mom going away regardless of how understanding various families are.
Regardless I would be curious to look at the stats and see how much this has shifted over the past 15-20 years.

But in this case it is. Which everybody knows and everybody finds offensive. Dumb bitch gets famous and visits a holocaust memorial and creationist museum in the same trip and treats them equally. That in and of itself is rather offensive.

The holocaust didn't just lead to the deaths of Jewish people. Many Christians were killed as well as smaller ethnic groups.
