I have uploaded a new campaign video: American Gulag and the Jan 6th Political Prisoners

Up to 32 subscribers on youtube. Kicking arse and taking names. Trampling the weak and hurdling the dead.

Bottom Line Up Front: Political partisanship has no place in public service and especially in the justice system. I will purge it, stop it, institute accountability for it when I find it, and swift remedy for those affected.

Here's the Executive Order I will sign on the podium at my inauguration. (I put copies of my slides in pdf and as images, and pdf copies of my draft EOs online, the links are in the description for each of my videos).

Executive Order on Ending Political Persecution in the United States

Political persecution is one of the most un-American things imaginable. It is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. It will especially be stamped out when it occurs within our own government.

No issue has demonstrated the presence of political persecution like the Jan 6th issue. There is ample evidence at this point to question the objectivity and legitimacy of prosecutorial actions with regard to Jan 6th.

This issue has provided very strong signals of wholesale violations, putting the punishment before the process, targeting people based on speech and expression in violation of the First Amendment, cruel and inhumane conditions applied to defendants and other transgressions that will not be tolerated in this government. Additionally, the government has withheld evidence from defendants and from the People, which suggests more violations and fails to live up to any standard of transparency. What video has been made available to the public, by the government and by citizens, has cast doubt on the stories told by government. This is not acceptable.

All political persecution in light of Jan 6th will come to an end immediately. Within 48hrs of this order, the Department of Justice will deliver to me all case files and all evidence related to Jan 6th.

Additionally, files and judicial records on all judges involved in Jan 6th cases will also be delivered by the DOJ, within 48hrs, as well as all information on every grand jury and jury that has been seated for all of these cases.

Finally, the DOJ will provide all social media details for all personnel involved in these cases.

Once in receipt of these materials, I will begin a review of materials relevant to each case.
I will first look for evidence of bias on the part of juries, judges, or government personnel. Any suggestion of bias will prompt me to dispose of a case immediately. Political bias has no place in our justice system. It will be purged and it will be dealt with, harshly and swiftly. It will not be tolerated.

Bias on the part of Executive Branch personnel will be identified and it will be punished. The People of this nation are not interested in justice by political affiliation or personal self-interest. Bias is incompatible with any form of service to the People.

The judiciary has been a grave disappointment in Jan 6th cases, as it has refused to behave as an independent adjudicator, and instead has appeared to be as partisan and biased as others. A dependent judiciary, one beholden to political interests, will not be tolerated. It is unconstitutional and goes against everything our Founders and the People sought when the nation was established. I will take every possible measure to rid the nation of the disease of a partisan judiciary.

All video related to Jan 6th will be posted to the internet and provided to the public in other formats, as I deem appropriate. Any government agent that wants a portion of the video not released must supply a by-minute log and rationale for withholding any portion of the video.

If there are no outward signs of bias, I will look at each case to insure that proof beyond a reasonable doubt is present. Any and all failures to provide transparency, to hand over all available information and evidence to defendants, or other concerns, will work against the government's case.

Given the signals present and the track record of the federal government, the presumption of regularity will not be tolerated in these cases.

All corrective actions available to me will be entertained. This includes the halting of any ongoing prosecution, commutations, pardons, and other items.

Defense counsel for Jan 6th defendants are encouraged to contact the White House with concerns about the fidelity to justice, including those regarding treatment of defendants while in custody. Mistreatment of defendants will be investigated and its presence will not be tolerated.

Political persecution is over. My administration will not tolerate it and will seek harsh punishments for those guilty of it, and swift remedies for victims of this grotesquely un-American behavior.

There are probably some questions:
What can you do about biased personnel - clearances can be yanked, barred from gov property, gov computer networks, processed for termination, referred for prosecution upon suggestion of conspiracy to violate rights under color of law etc.

What can you do about biased judges - pardons, commutations, direct DOJ to ignore these judges, demand their resignation, twist Congress' arm on impeaching judges, order the DOJ to abandon every judicial element in DC except for the SCOTUS, and same for US Marshals. Neutering, shunning, and abandoning the DC-based courts would go a long way toward improving justice in this nation. DC is an insular environment with a total disconnect from the People and unwavering cowardice when it comes to putting the government in check, in favor of the People and the Constitution. I can also issue another order declaring the 9th Circuit to be invalid - the footprint is too large, they take too long to resolve cases, it's the most overturned circuit in the nation - and unless and until Congress condenses the 9th Circuit to CA only, and creates a new circuit to cover the rest of the existing footprint, that circuit will be ignored entirely by the DOJ and the Executive Branch. There's no reason to give a hint of legitimacy to an entire circuit that is incompetent, biased, and inefficient. This is tantamount to condoning tyranny and simply giving up on the proper administration of government in keeping with constitutional principles.

One the main jobs of the President is to stick up for the People and the Constitution and to use the big stick to force change and force re-alignment back to responsible government. I believe it was James Madison in Federalist No62 that said there are two major issues in governments throughout history: they forget the object and purpose of what they are supposed to be doing, and they do not understand how to properly get things done. The former is the most common fault. It's the President's job to be as large and impactful as possible, to advocate for the People, the Constitution, our security and prosperity, and to keep things aligned with the true purpose of government which is the happiness of the People.

What about Democrat complaining about posting Jan 6 video to the internet and security concerns - the border is wide open and it's a security concern, and the Democrats don't seem worried about that or the people in proximity to the border. Therefore, their comments, coming from a place of rank hypocrisy, will be summarily ignored.

Final note - related to political persecution - though I am obviously running against Trump, it is undeniable that he is being politically persecuted. I will end up devoting a separate topic / EO for him: I will pardon Trump when I get elected and I'll do it like Ford did for Nixon - blanket pardon. It's time for the nation to move on from this bizarre infatuation and derangement regarding Trump. I will not issue a blanket pardon to Biden or his family as I believe they have committed treason.

TLDR.

If serious about running for any office ever, you need a media manager. That was painful. There are better ways to get a message out than death by PowerPoint. Even the people that support you won’t be able to get through that.

The manner in which these people have been treated points to a lot of things with the democrats in charge, and basically it resembles the manner in which tyrants have always treated their political rivals because they didn’t just lock some trespassers up and called them insurrectionists. They used it to assassinate anyone who voted for Trump as being lumped into the same threat to America. The President of the United States did that all by himself.

This wasn’t just a shot across the bow to their political opposition. This was a warning to anyone who opposes them period, and the treatment that you saw is a blueprint for the manner in which they will continue to use the full weight and power of the Federal government to go after all rivals in the future, be they political rivals, idealogical opponents, or even people of faith who refuse to sacrifice their faith for some law they pass that tries to intimidate and force them to adhere to something that runs against their loyalties to God.

I’m telling you. These people are flat out evil, and very dangerous. Make no mistake about it. These are the very tyrants that our forefathers warned us about, and the very reason they tried to limit the size and scope of the federal government to begin with, although obviously not enough. They are aggressive, and determined to silence your opposition through whatever means they have at their disposal to do so, disparage and assassinate your character, intimidate you and your family, and do whatever they think necessary to retain and attain power, and become the lone party in power.

It is not persecution, it is prosecution of law-breaking Americans.

Criminal trespass on federal property, destruction, looting, theft, vandalism, assault on federal employees all are the work of the basket deplorables.

Sore loser attitudes turned violent by the bug lie from the former president.

Isn't the building the "people's house"? How can you be charged with trespassing in your own house?

People don't want to recognize this but it is true. Both the covid business and the Ukr war by themselves should be enough to demonstrate the truth. They are evil and in control of our government.

Answer this: If the situation had been exactly the same, except the "trespassers who were let in by the Capitol police had been wearing pushy hats and waving BLM and Antifa flags, would they have been held prosecuted?

And by prosecuted, I mean would they have been put in solitary confinement and been forced to sign apologies and gag orders as part of a plea bargain to go home?
