It’s almost always some lower level staffer without much direct access.

I think it has some value in that it is all reasonable stuff that mostly confirms the conventional wisdom- but I doubt it has much more weight behind it than any mid level Hill staffer, Biden campaign employee, etc.

Someone who works in OEOB is telling him the rumors circulating at his level. Interesting because it endorses what most suspect, but not groundbreaking
