Jackson Public Schools (MS) makes masks optional

Yes, its just not happening. Read these comments on the news story and think about how many people still think like this:

The reason JPS was so successful against COVID-19 outbreaks was because of the mask wearing mandate. COVID is going up and JPS wish to do this to these kids. My child will wear a mask to school. Apparently the school board doesn’t care about the household itself. I’m very disappointed with this decision.

That's just ridiculous why not have masks on those babies? What is wrong with Mississippi? I just was down there in June and I contracted Covid never had Covid virus until I went to Mississippi and they talking about no mask allowed in public schools, just sad.
