Tavares original had Trumps lawyer which is interesting to me since the man isn't paying for anyone else's defense except Nauta and this guy. That tells me it he's either a great guy who feels bad for getting his friends into this mess (something we all know is horseshite, the guy is 100% about himself), or they have information that makes him look guilty.
Tavares recanted and dropped his trump lawyer and went to a public defender, so I am guessing his testimony is changing substantially.

Tavares cut a deal to not be charged. They literally had nothing to charge him with, so why would Trump need to provide him with a lawyer. The security footage was never deleted so what crime happened? I find it odd that they are saying he was going to be charged and he cut a deal and is now a hear say witness for something thats not a ccrime.

Excellent point. If he did nothing, why did Trump provide him with a lawyer?
As far as not being successful deleting the footage, I imagine it ties into the obstruction charge. Attempting to delete evidence is as bad as being successful in the eyes of the law. Although obviously if you're going to do it, it's better to be successful :).

Gullible? No I'm just not a dumbass. Democrats have been going after any and everyone opposed to them with a weaponized doj and fbi. They have tried to go after Trump for 7 years and looked fools everytime. All they have done is produce more and more evidence at the depths of their corruption. The list is a mile long of actual evidence of their corruption, treasonous and criminal acts. It's hard to believe that you can still spew your bs and not realize that most people around you think you are either A. dumber than a bag of hammers or B. so stubborn that you would continue to tow the party line, no matter how dumb you look doing it because you refuse to admit you were wrong.

The single most defining characteristic of Trump supporters is that they are absolutely terrible at separating fact from bullshite. Whether that be religion, pyramid schemes, conspiracy theories, or your politics. You’re a bunch of gullible marks. It would just be sad and pathetic if you didn’t vote, which makes it terrifying.

Yea and Democrats don't believe the Bidens did anything wrong. Pretty sure we all have seen the multiple whistle blowers come before congress and testify about their crimes and corruption in the doj and fbi but we have yet to see Schiffs one whistle blower that he played you fools with.

We have seen 20 plus shell companies and 170 suspicious activity reports from banks. You know, the reports banks file with law enforcement when they believe their clients are obtaining money illegally. 170 times banks have filed documentation to say they believed the bidens were committing crimes to obtain their money.

If I heard correctly, he switched after the DOJ "convinced" him that Trump's lawyer didn't have his best interest in mind.

First off, Hunter Biden can't be impeached. Hunter should be arrested and charged for tax evasion,human trafficking and not registering as a foreign agent. Joe Biden should be arrested and charged a list a mile long of laws he has broken to include treason. Also Hillary, Pelosi, Omar, Cory Bush, Comey, McCabe, John Kerry should be arrested and charged.

Look at Hillary. They know for a fact that Hillary had an unsecured server and multiple personal phones with highly classified information on them and had transmitted it to other unsecured devices to include a convicted pedophiles laptop. It was subpoenaed and they knew she intentionally destroyed it and Comey didn't charge her. They knew for a fact she paid a Russian and former British spy to manufacture fake evidence to lie to a federal judge to spy on a political opponent and attempt to have him charged with a crime. They fined her. So you all can miss me with that shite. This mfer has been corrupt for decades and the fbi and doj have been in on it for decades.
