THIS is my primary complaint - too many times he is engaged in arguing over possible interpretation of the wording instead of acknowledging the obvious point of the poster.

He treats every statement here as if he were in front of the SCOTUS and trying to address some arcane point which nobody cares about. sometimes to the point of obsession
