The MSM's narrative that Flynn's lawyer fricked up by claiming he was trapped by the FBI is completely ridiculous. You have to inform someone that something is a crime in order for it to be a crime. (Nor did Flynn lie to the White House before talking to the FBI).

What's happening is that Mueller is trying to cover his arse by recommending no prison time for Flynn.

And the judge isn't buying it.

The issue here isn't whether Flynn committed technical violations of the law. The issue is whether he would have been prosecuted at all if he wasn't in Trump's admin. I think even liberals would have to say "no he wouldn't have."
