Just like the white male CEO of my company preaching “diversity and inclusion.” He wants to give preference to minorities, women, and LGBTQ’s for jobs throughout our company, but apparently he believes he deserves his job of CEO. Before any white man should be allowed to preach or implement the sham that is “diversity and inclusion,” they need to be able to suggest a minority or woman that is qualified to replace them and be willing to step down from their job so that person can take it.
