Raisin Caine was here in Trinidad, all over the news. Our Prime Minister is a BIG supporter of the US. There are some very large gas fields bordering the two countries. She has met with Rubio, he told her to hold his beer, he's got this.

I like it, I like it a lot.

As far as the oil, the US has heavy crude capacity, heck they need it to balance with US sweet crude, why do you think they are readily taking the tar sands from Canada.

Some of you oil baws better be brushing up on your spanish, gonna need some help soon

I disagree with that via Venezuela, but agree that part of America implemented it. I understand that China had a hand in it as well. Dominion is highly connected to Venezuela. Wiki denies it, but at least acknowledges it was speculated to be functioned through Venezuela. It was, if you choose to believe questionable news feeds, you can believe what you want. I did a word search on the white house pages. Nothing. But that also could mean something else. Future litigation.

What brought you to Trinidad? I visited once on a financial advisement trip and really enjoyed it. Trinidad (and Tobago) should benefit tremendously from all of this if they play their cards right. Which it appears they are.

The CARES act will go down as one of the worst pieces of legislation we've ever had.

It allowed these shenanigans.

1. Venezuelian oil is super thick. That makes it difficult to process. One way to process it is to cut it with lighter condensates like naphtha to bring it to market.

No different than Canadian very heavy crude oil. Canadian gets upgraded then blended back with raw crude. Venezuela's upgraders have had an issue of not being properly maintained.

Chinese and Russian companies have both tried to increase production and haven't had near the success that US companies had

They nationalized the foreign owned oil related assets which were transforming their poor oil into something usable so nobody trusts them to not do the same thing again.
Investors want a reliable return on investment and these people are not reliable while having a substandard raw material.
I would rather put my money on natural gas here.

Third world people make third world choices when it comes to a Marxist winning elections. Kind of like how Democrat voters here live to vote for socialists. They want their free shite so they go about their miserable lives of drinking, fricking and partying without doing actual work.
