Well of course it is a nest egg, if Chelsea lives long enough to see it herself will be a miracle though. She married into the Soros family, a family known to collect German Jew Gold Teeth during WWII.
BTW: One set of Presidential China was allowed to be taken from the WH and now resides in a Presidential Library: The Reagan China. Nancy took it and it was OK because it was all donated for their use, none was taxpayer funded.
