We had a great time in Oregon but that last night left a bad taste in our mouths about the state.

Every state has it's stupid laws. I'm not sure that law had anything to do with the rural gas station being closed.
Can you pump your own gas at a station that is closed in Louisiana?

I mean, how many times have you heard people bitching about not being able to buy alcohol on Sundays? In Oregon, it's no big deal, because we know about it and plan accordingly. I would not put myself in a position where I need to fill up my tank in the middle of the night, unless I knew of a 24 hour station nearby.

The biggest gripe I have about it is that the cost of gas is higher here because the gas stations have to have two guys on duty most of the time.

There was a time when all stations were full service. There was also a transition period, where stations would have one island that was full service, and the another island that were "self serve", and you could save a few cents on a gallon by pumping the gas yourself. The eventually all converted to "self serve".

What kind of "man" would vote for a lying, cheating, inept, corrupt, pussy grabbing asshat?

One who didn't want a candidate for the party who hates men and wants white men and their influence erased from this earth to win.

You sound like a total fem who has an I <3 my wife bumper sticker on their prius.

yeppers ,in the olden days people like Goober would check all fluids, clean windshields, practically an oil change if ya wanted.

what does FULL SERVICE do nowadays? Just pump the gas?
