Dude, I voted for the Birthday Party candidate. I've never voted for a major party candidate for president - going back to 1984.

I wouldn't know. Is this some kind of cry for help? Because it looks like you may have a problem.

No he wasn't. He was no worse than LBJ or Nixon.
I lived under all 3. There wasnt even a close 2nd to Carter
Interest rates went to 20% for the first time ever
Gas which had been about .35 cents a gallon in my area, suddenly couldnt be found. Raising the price to $1.25 That would translate to over $10 a gallon now.
And the hostage crisis? Nothing came close to that debacle

This is peak intellectual dishonesty.
LBJ was terrible, Nixon wasn't good for a variety of reasons, but Carter was beyond terrible, one of the 6-7 worst of all time. A nice man in WAY over his head.

Corrupt lunatics in DC and the MIC will start an all-out WWIII to stay in power while converting to their NWO system of 100% control of every aspect of our lives.

I am of the opinion we need to hit rock bottom, a collapse ten times worse than the Great Depression, to come out of this clown world. As a 45 year old professional father of 2, this pains me to no end each and every day. I see no other path to a better world for my kids than a total collapse and re-boot.
Yes, lets crush the economy and make everyone completely dependent on the federal government to survive. How do you see that working out for the better?

Interest rates actually peaked under Reagan due to Carter appointee, Paul Volcker, was raising rates to lower the inflation caused by Nixon, Ford and Carter in the 70s.

In June of 1973 the price for a bbl of oil was $24.31. By the election of 1976, the price had already jumped to $72.34/bbl. How did Carter do that?
Is Carter the president who issued Executive Order 11615 in 1971, "Providing for Stabilization of Prices, Rents, Wages, and Salaries"?
No, it was Nixon. Why would Nixon need to take such drastic, socialist economic measures? What might be the economic ramifications of such measures in the near term?
Why was Ford's campaign slogan, "Whip Inflation Now!" in 1976?

Seriously?
How many Americans died during the hostage crisis?
How many Americans died 4 years later in the bombing of the of the US embassy in Beirut, and then in the bombing of the US Marine barracks in Beirut just six months later?
Beirut 1983 was FAR worse than Tehran 1979.
