Is the Liberal "Base" excited that Obama Declared War on ISIS?

Is it possible to receive a Nobel Peace Prize for running on a platform of No More War* and then declare War on the eve of 9/11?
Help me understand the hypocrisy. I am open to conversion should the logic be logical.

Does anybody remember the dumbass Americans who flew to Iraq to be human shields against the imperialist GHWB yankee air pirates in PG1? When they all got assembled there, the Iraqi military started assigning them to power stations and dams. One of them spoke up and wanted to volunteer to be a shield at a hospital or school. The Iraqi officer told them, "Hey, we've got plenty of patients and students for human shields already."
